  • Send an email request to psoliven.rhkland@gmail.com with the subject “Request for Online Presentation.”

Step 3

Reserve Your Preferred Unit

Email a scanned copy of the following to psoliven.rhkland@gmail.com:

  • Signed reservation agreement
  • Signed unit layout
  • Scanned copy of one valid government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures and passports for foreigners
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) or TIN ID

Our Sales Personnel will assist you via phone call or email for any further inquiries you may have regarding the requirements.

Step 4

Pay the Reservation Fee

An online bill will be sent to your email. You may settle the reservation fee through the following payment options:

  • Cash
  • Credit Cards – VISA, Mastercard and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)
  • Post-dated Checks
